Sakti revealed that the construction was done without the required permits, violating the regulations outlined in the Job Creation Law. Consequently, the construction has been sealed pending a detailed investigation to determine ownership and legality. President Prabowo has directed a comprehensive legal review of the situation, working closely with stakeholders such as the Indonesian Navy and the Marine Security Agency (Bakamla). The main objective is to ensure adherence to legal procedures and mitigate potential negative impacts like erosion.
